An AI assistant that knows your company
What a company's own AI assistant is, what it needs to learn from you, and where it helps customers and staff the most.

A general AI chatbot knows a lot about the world and nothing about your business. An assistant of your own is different: it answers from what your company knows, your services, your prices, your policies, your way of doing things, and in the way your company would answer.
What it learns from
- Your services and products, and what they cost
- The questions customers ask most, with the answers you give
- Your policies: bookings, returns, delivery, opening hours
- How you speak to customers
For customers
Customer-facing assistants answer questions at any hour, on your website or on WhatsApp, and hand the conversation to a person when it needs one. Our note on answering WhatsApp automatically covers the channel.
For staff
Internal assistants answer your team's questions from your own documents, procedures, product details and policies, so the answer is the company's and not the internet's, and nobody has to search a shared drive.
What it should not do
An assistant should know where its knowledge ends. It should say when it does not know, pass anything sensitive or unusual to a person, and never invent a price or a promise. Setting those limits is part of building it.
Where to start
Collect the questions you are asked most and how you answer them. That list is the first version of what the assistant knows, and it shows quickly where it will save the most time. What AI can actually automate helps find the rest.
