How work is quoted and delivered.

Nothing on this website is an offer or a price. Work is quoted per project, and a quote states what is included, what it costs and how long it takes. A project begins when that quote is accepted in writing.

What you send us — files, drawings, brand material — remains yours. What we make for you is yours on payment; for software, the quote sets out what that is: the code itself, or the right to use a system we run. We keep the right to describe the work and to show it, unless you ask us in writing not to.

Dates in a quote assume the material, the files and the approvals arrive when agreed. If they move, the date moves with them, and we say so rather than letting a deadline pass quietly.
