What was asked
One system for everything the club runs, in which the front desk, the trainers and the management each see their own part.

How it was made
Members check in at a tablet by the door, by a QR code that changes every 30 seconds, and the door's own access system feeds the same record. Payments take cash, card, transfer, cheque or the member's balance, split when needed, with receipts from the counter's thermal printer and invoices as PDFs. Behind them: classes and bookings, trainers and their packages, the café and salon tills, accounting, HR and payroll, WhatsApp messages from templates, and reports, each role seeing only what it may.
